The location is fantastic - so close to the Eiffel Tower, buses, shops and restaurants. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Bar Manager (Alan ?) was excellent - great CS focus and made us feel very welcome with his service and touristy tips to help make our stay much better. The other bar staff were also very efficient and enjoyed many laughs with their guests. Reception girls were very polite and helped us with everything we needed.

The location is very convenient with easy access to the Eiffel Tower and park. Upon our arrival, GPS took us to guest parking. This was difficult as the entrance is very narrow and requires collecting a ticket. There was lots of congestion at the entrance. The staff was wonderful and supportive with a few special requests. It is very close to the pick-up for a bus tour we were going on which was super convenient. There were lots of restaurants near by, but be prepared for it to be very busy near the hotel. Lots of tourists.

Hotel is literally three minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great to see the tower at night time. Unfortunately there is nothing else to do in the area.

When I booked I was not sure what to expect, but the staff were really helpful to ensure my birthday was well spent in having the Eiffel view. It was my dream for as long as I could remember and so to be able to do it was just mind blowing. The location was central to everything and made our outings very accessible. Breakfast was good but I will explain my challenge. There was very little language barrier and the restaurant staff were okay.

the location is absolutely the best. close to metro, Eiffel Tower literally in front of you, lots of bars and restaurants around and you can walk around Seine or take Lime to so many places. hotel is decent, it’s glory days have passed, but quite comfortable. the mister who is responsible for you luggage after check out is the nicest person ever with such a good energy! please remeber to tip him, I noticed nobody does and he sooo deserves it

This hotel was in a very good place, so close to the Eiffel Tower. A Good breakfast to start the day and nibbles for the room were topped up daily including orange & apple juice. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower albeit only 2 3rds

Paid for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the room we had was perfect!! Top floor looking straight at the Tower. The room was clean and very comfortable with the usual coffee, plus orange and apple juice each morning. I also requested the Love Box, roses, heart balloons, towel swans and Champagne. Perfect!! The location is fantastic, 10 minute walk to the the Tower, the bus tours and the river boats. Breakfast was excellent too, everything you could want was available. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing seemed to be a problem for them.

The loaction of this hotel is amazing, very close to the Tower, we upgraded to High Floor and Eiffel Tower view, we arrived on Bastille Day, so we got to see the end of the Fireworks and Drone Light show from our Room. The Staff are amazing, and very friendly.
