I’m forever thankful to Jessica and Lherizze from the reception who went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay so magical even though my husband was ill and unable to go outside as often as he should. These two lovely young ladies arranged to have the room decorated with festive balloons just to cheer us up. They helped me find the pharmacy even though it was Sunday. Their kindness and understanding to another human were exemplary. Sure, they only have to do their job, but they went above and beyond the call of duty anyway. That’s the human decency that we don’t find it often these days.

Paid for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the room we had was perfect!! Top floor looking straight at the Tower. The room was clean and very comfortable with the usual coffee, plus orange and apple juice each morning. I also requested the Love Box, roses, heart balloons, towel swans and Champagne. Perfect!! The location is fantastic, 10 minute walk to the the Tower, the bus tours and the river boats. Breakfast was excellent too, everything you could want was available. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing seemed to be a problem for them.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, a metro station (Bir-Hakim) and a train station to reach any landmark in Paris and Disneyland. Breakfast was OK, but not exceptional. Also, really crowded on some days and not too clean as a result. The room was a decent size, but cleanliness was not exceptional. Overall, although the hotel is fairly modern and quite stylish, it feels like carpeted areas and things like outer cushions etc. could do with a deep clean or a refresh.

WE loved the location as the Eiffel Tower was a few blocks from our hotel. Plenty of taxis and the tour company pickup we used to go to Normandy was on the next corner. It was a very convenient location to access the Seine. We liked the cafe in the hotel. The food was very nice and had a good value for what was ordered. The breakfast was very nice. Loved the coffee. The hotel suited our needs for a short stay. Loved Paris and hope to visit again.

the location is absolutely the best. close to metro, Eiffel Tower literally in front of you, lots of bars and restaurants around and you can walk around Seine or take Lime to so many places. hotel is decent, it’s glory days have passed, but quite comfortable. the mister who is responsible for you luggage after check out is the nicest person ever with such a good energy! please remeber to tip him, I noticed nobody does and he sooo deserves it
